CJCraftBoutique ships to addresses within the United States only.

How fulfillment works
Every apparel, hoodie, tumbler, and tote is made to order when you purchase. We design the artwork; Printful (our print-on-demand fulfillment partner) prints, packs, and ships your order. You will receive a tracking number by email when your package ships.

Production time
Most orders are produced and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days after we receive your order. Production can take longer during peak seasons or for certain items. Check the product page for the most current estimate.

Delivery time
After your order ships, carrier transit is typically 3–7 business days within the US, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Total time from order to delivery is usually about 5–12 business days, but is not guaranteed.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items, destination, and selected shipping method. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping charge before tax.

Tracking
Tracking is included. When your order ships, we email your tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours after the shipping notification for the carrier to scan the package.

Shipping issues
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, or if your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at cjhandmadeworks@gmail.com or through our Contact page with your order number. We will help you with the carrier or arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can only change an address before the order enters production at Printful.
