Refund policy

CJCraftBoutique is a family-run sole proprietorship. We design the artwork. Each item is made to order. Printful prints, packs, and ships your order from their United States facilities.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at cjhandmadeworks@gmail.com or through our Contact page. Include your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will refund you or send a replacement. You do not need to mail the item back. Email a photo of the issue with your order number.

Because each item is printed for your order, we cannot accept a return for a change of mind or for a different size. Use the size guide on the product page before you order. If we send the wrong size, that is a wrong item and we will replace it.

If we send the wrong item, contact us and we will replace it. You do not mail the original back.

If a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
